US Courts Rule Against ICE Detention Practices in Thousands of Cases

US federal judges have ruled against the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention practices in over 10,000 cases over the past ten months, siding with detained migrants in approximately 90% of disputes.

Federální soudci v USA za posledních deset měsíců rozhodli ve více než 10 000 případech proti zadržovací praxi imigračního úřadu ICE. Vyplývá to z analýzy deníku Politico. V přibližně 90 procentech sporů daly soudy za pravdu zadrženým migrantům, nikoli vládě. Mezi soudci, kteří se proti politice administrativy postavili, jsou i ti, které do čela soudu vybral samotný Donald Trump.
