Cardinal Quevedo awarded honorary degree by San Beda University

COTABATO CITY — The San Beda University (SBU) on Thursday honored Cardinal Orlando Beltran Quevedo by bestowing on him a Doctor of Humanities during graduation ceremonies at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).
