BBC to conduct fast-track investigation into racial slur incident at Baftas

BBC fast-tracks probe into BAFTA Awards controversy

The BBC's Executive Complaints Unit (ECU) will complete a "fast-tracked investigation" after reviewing coverage of Sunday night's BAFTA Film Awards that included a racial slur, saying it was a "serious mistake".
