IFF Panama Opens with 'Runa Simi,' Closes with 'Milly, Queen of Merengue'

The Panama International Film Festival (IFF Panama), running April 9-12, is introducing an international competition and will open with Peru's Tribeca-winning documentary 'Runa Simi' and close with Leticia Tonos’ 'Milly, Queen of Merengue'.
