EU announces up to €540 million in aid for farmers and greater CAP flexibility

(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 25 - The European Commission has announced that up to €540 million from the CAP agricultural reserve could be mobilised to provide "targeted and exceptional" support to farmers affected by the conflict in the Middle East.
