Transit pass must now for vehicles entering Bihar with minerals

The decision has been taken by Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha, who also holds the Mines and Geology department; he said that it will make the mineral transportation system more transparent, lawful and revenue-oriented in the state.
