Frankfurt Hospital Implements "Shared Counter" to Relieve Emergency Room

Bürgerhospital Frankfurt has introduced a "shared counter" system since January to triage patients for its emergency department, finding that half of those seeking care do not require emergency services. The initiative aims to alleviate pressure on the emergency room.
