Cyprus Closes Visa Centers in Russia, Shifts Operations to Consulates
Cyprus has ceased accepting visa applications at its centers in Russia, ending a brief experiment with the facilities. All visa operations will now be handled directly by Cypriot consulates in Russia.

Cyprus’s brief experiment with visa centers in Russia is over
Beginning June 15, anyone in Russia seeking a Cypriot visa must apply at the embassy’s consular section in Moscow or at a consulate general in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, or Krasnodar, the Embassy of Cyprus in Russia said.
