Angola Rains Kill 45, Affect Over 50,000 in Benguela and Luanda

Heavy rains in Benguela and Luanda, Angola, have caused 45 deaths and affected more than 50,000 people. The downpours also damaged 23 schools, five health centers, and 56 electricity poles.
