Court Strikes Out Deceased Bayelsa Deputy Governor's Suit
A court has struck out a suit filed by Mr. Ewhrudjakpo, the immediate-past deputy governor of Bayelsa, who had challenged an alleged plot by a legislator to impeach him for refusing to defect to the All Progressives Congress. The suit was struck out after his death.
