Teacher Spared Classroom Ban After Sending WhatsApp Messages While Driving Bus Full of Pupils

A former head of sport at a Surrey school, who drove a minibus full of pupils while sending WhatsApp messages after an argument, has escaped a ban from the teaching profession.
