Long Lake to Acquire Amex GBT in $6.3 Billion Deal
Long Lake has agreed to a $6.3 billion take-private deal to acquire Global Business Travel Group, also known as Amex GBT. The acquisition follows Amex GBT's recent report of GAAP EPS of $0.10 and revenue of $840 million.
