Serbian Police Disciplined by Political Will, Not Law, Says BCBP

Following the suspension of a police officer in Novi Sad after an intervention during a road blockade, the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (BCBP) stated that Serbian police are disciplined by political will rather than professional standards and law.
