Dibër Police Director Accused of Terrorizing Citizens and Extortion

Xhemal Gjunkshi, Security Advisor for the Democratic Party, has accused Armir Gjikolaj, the acting police director in Dibër, of terrorizing residents and being involved in an extortion scheme targeting small businesses.
