Council of Europe Closely Monitoring Situation in Serbia, Kosovo Membership Discussed

Alen Berse, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, stated that the Council is closely monitoring the situation in Serbia, while Biljana Pantić Pilja, head of Serbia's delegation to the PACE, warned that Kosovo's potential admission to the CoE would further destabilize relations.
