Slavonska Avenue Reopening Depends on Bagger Test Run

Croatian Minister of Construction Branko Bačić stated that Slavonska Avenue could reopen on Monday after the removal of the Vjesnik skyscraper's upper floors, pending the results of a test run with a mechanical arm or excavator.
