中国商務省は、日本の20の企業などについて日本の軍事力の向上に関与しているとして、輸出規制リストに新たに追加し、軍民両用の品目の中国からの輸出を禁止すると発表しました。また、別の20の日本企業などについて、最終的な用途が確認できないとして、軍民両用の品目の輸出規制を一段と強化することも発表しました。今回の輸出禁止の品目の中にレアアースが含まれているかどうかが今後の焦点となります。今回の措置について商務省の報道官は「日本の再軍事化および核保有の企みを抑止するためのものであり、完全に正当で合法だ」とコメントしています。
