Bulgarian Court Overturns State University Evaluation Methodology

Bulgaria's Supreme Administrative Court has annulled the state methodology used by the National Agency for Evaluation and Accreditation (NAOA) to assess universities. This methodology determined whether universities could legally conduct training and set their student capacity.
