Seoul stocks end higher on tech gains ahead of Trump deadline

Seoul shares ended higher Tuesday, led by gains in technology shares, while investors remained cautious ahead of a deadline set by US President Donald Trump regarding a potential peace deal with Iran. The Korean won rose against the US dollar. The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index rose 44.45 points, or 0.82 percent, to 5,494.78.
