Portuguese Infrastructure Company Charges Rescue Train for Flood Relief Efforts

Portuguese infrastructure company IP has charged 167 euros to a Medway rescue train that transported sandbags from Entroncamento to Muge to help Civil Protection build a dike against floods in Ribatejo, despite all roads being cut off.
