Deaf-Blind Man Seeks Legal Aid for Discrimination Case Against HSE in Irish High Court

David Eccles, a deaf-blind man, is pursuing a discrimination case against the HSE over its refusal to provide him with support to learn Braille. He is currently in the High Court seeking legal aid to continue his case.
