Activist Kemi Seba Arrested in South Africa Over Benin Coup Plot Support

South African police have arrested French-born Beninese activist Kemi Seba, a "wanted fugitive," while he was allegedly attempting to flee to Europe through Zimbabwe, in connection with supporting a coup plot in Benin.
