Ranjeet Dass Elected Assam Assembly Speaker for Second Term

Ranjeet Kumar Dass has been elected as the Speaker of the Assam Assembly for a rare second term, having previously won from the Patacharkuchi constituency in 2021 and served in the Chief Minister's cabinet.
