Iranian Community in Italy Doubles in Six Years

The Iranian community in Italy has doubled over the last six years, reaching 23,626 residents in 2025, with half being women. Most residence permits are issued for study, and nearly 17,000 Iranian taxpayers have higher incomes than the average foreign-born taxpayer.
