Historical Account: Kolokotronis and Plapoutas Sentenced to Death in 1834
On May 25, 1834, two prominent military figures of the 1821 Greek Revolution, Theodoros Kolokotronis and Dimitrios Plapoutas, were controversially sentenced to death by the nascent Greek state.
