'Delfi' is wandering around the Winter Port: why are boats from the Vilnius city coast brought here

Along with the Neri ice drift, the houses moored to the quay also moved. According to the Vilnius municipality, the houses had to be moved to the Winter Port according to the regulations, but this was not done.

Kartu su ledonešiu Nerimi pajudėjo ir prie krantinės prišvartuoti nameliai. Kaip teigia Vilniaus savivaldybė, nameliai pagal reglamentą turėjo būti perkelti į Žiemos uostą, tačiau to padaryta nebuvo. „Delfi“ žvalgosi po Žiemos uostą – kas jis ir kodėl čia suvežami laiveliai, baržos ir nameliai iš Vilniaus miesto pakrančių.
