Carer ‘will never forget’ night pensioner choked to death on used gloves in nursing home, inquest told

A healthcare assistant who was on duty on the night an 83-year-old woman died after choking on used disposable gloves has told an inquest it was an “horrific incident she will never forget”, as she described the death as a “tragic accident”.
