Four Arrested, Including Two Foreign Nationals, for Thefts in Montenegro

Montenegrin police have arrested four individuals, two of whom are foreign citizens, in connection with three thefts and one attempted aggravated theft. The arrests follow police efforts to resolve these criminal acts.
