Urtasun Initiates Inaem Reform, Proposing Prado Museum Model for Flexible Hiring

Urtasun has begun reforming the Inaem (National Institute of Performing Arts and Music), proposing to replicate the Museo del Prado's model to allow for more flexible hiring practices, transforming it into a Public Business Entity.
