Polish Court Rules Meta Responsible for Fake Ads Using Rafał Brzoska's Image

The Court of Appeal in Warsaw ruled that Meta, owner of Facebook and Instagram, is responsible for false advertisements that exploited the image of InPost founder Rafał Brzoska and his wife, Omena Mensah.
