New Rules for Pension Fund Enrollment for Private Sector Employees in Italy
Significant changes to the destination of severance pay (Trattamento di Fine Rapporto) will come into effect from July 1, 2026, with the introduction of automatic enrollment in supplementary pension schemes for new private sector employees in Italy.
