Former SIB Deputy Director Alexandru Balan Faces Extradition to Moldova on April 24
Alexandru Balan, the former deputy director of Moldova's Information and Security Service (SIB), accused of disclosing state secrets, may be extradited to Moldova on April 24. Romanian police are expected to transport Balan to the Leuşeni-Albiţa border crossing.
