Vilnius Municipality Responds to Crumbling Viaduct: Concrete Crumbles but Usable
After residents noticed a crumbling viaduct near Savanoriai roundabout with a detached concrete slab dangerously hanging, the Vilnius municipality stated that while concrete is crumbling, the structure remains safe for use.
