Kumamoto Earthquake death toll rises to 38, thousands remain in shelters

As of August 7, 7:30 AM, the death toll from the Kumamoto earthquake in Kumamoto Prefecture, including suspected disaster-related deaths, has reached 38, with 6,794 people still evacuated to shelters.
