Greek Police Announce Arrest of Gallery Owner Giorgos Tsagkarakis for Fake Artworks
The Hellenic Police announced the arrest of well-known gallery owner Giorgos Tsagkarakis and an employee, who are accused, among other things, of possessing and offering for sale fake artworks, ancient monuments, and icons. 321 artworks, 4 ancient icons, a Gospel, and amphorae were confiscated.
