Arrest Proposed for Driver in Fatal Budapest Overpass Accident

Authorities have proposed the arrest of a man who caused a fatal accident on the Váci út overpass in Budapest. The driver exceeded the speed limit, crossed into oncoming traffic, collided with two cars, and caused one to fall from the overpass, killing its driver.
