Greece Introduces New Housing Policies Targeting Airbnb and Renovations
The Greek government is implementing a new package of housing interventions aimed at increasing available homes for long-term rental and easing rent pressures, including blocking new Airbnb listings and offering incentives for new housing. Additionally, new clarifications for the "Renovate" program provide a 95% subsidy for old, closed houses, which will then be rented out at a stable price.
