Appellate Court Overturns Charges in Novi Sad 'Nadstrešnica' Case

The Appellate Court in Novi Sad has issued a decision on the appeal by the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office, ruling that there is no basis for charges against former officials and engineers in the 'Nadstrešnica' case.

Odluka Apelacionog suda u Novom Sadu po žalbi Višeg javnog tužilaštva (VJT) na rešenje Višeg suda u Novom Sadu da u slučaju "Nadstrešnica" nema mesta optužbi protiv bivših funkcionera Tanasković, Vesić i Dimoski, kao i tri inženjera, bila je neizvesna isključivo zbog višestrukih uticaja na sud, a ne zbog stručne problematike.
