South Korean stocks started a tad lower Wednesday following a record-breaking rally, amid lingering uncertainties over US-Iran peace talks. The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index fell 11.05 points, or 0.17 percent, to 6,377.42 in the first 15 minutes trading.
