Zelensky: Ukraine Achieves Highest Level of Relations with Northern European Countries

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that cooperation within the NB8 format, which includes the Nordic and Baltic states, has reached its highest level and is one of the most effective forms of collaboration for Ukraine.
