Philippine Palace Files Cyberlibel Charges Over Fake Lockdown Report
The Presidential Communications Office (PCO) in the Philippines has filed cyberlibel charges against the administrators of the Facebook page “Malasakit News Pilipinas” for allegedly spreading a fake report about a lockdown.
