Hélène Mouchard-Zay, tireless advocate for the memory of Vichy regime victims, has died
The daughter of Jean Zay, a left-wing minister who was assassinated by Vichy regime militiamen in 1944, Hélène Mouchard-Zay fought to have his remains interred in the Panthéon in 2015.
