Two Arrested for Obstructing, Abusing Shashi Tharoor During Campaign in Kerala

Two individuals have been arrested in Kerala's Wandoor area after Congress MP Shashi Tharoor was allegedly obstructed and verbally abused by a group of youths during his election campaign.
