Albanian Expert Calls for Drunk Driving Fatalities to Be Classified as Murder After Durrës Incident

Road safety expert Fatmir Hasho stated that the death of two children in Durrës was also due to political inaction. He argued that fatal accidents caused by drunk drivers should be considered murder, a change he claims was requested from politicians since 2018.
