IMF Program and Debt Slowed Ghana's Job Creation, Says Former Finance Minister

Former Finance Minister Seth Terkper stated that Ghana's efforts to create jobs were significantly hampered by debt distress and the restrictions imposed by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) program inherited by the Mahama administration.
