Pakistan's Nepra Reverses Rs42bn Penalties on National Transmission Company
Pakistan's power regulator, Nepra, has reversed Rs42 billion in penalties previously imposed on the National Transmission and Dispatch Company for violations of the economic merit order. The decision follows an IHC stay on deductions and a referral back to the regulator.
