PCOS Renamed PMOS to Improve Diagnosis and Treatment

Women's health experts have proposed renaming Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) to Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) in a landmark paper, hoping the new name will improve diagnosis and treatment for the condition affecting one in eight women globally.
