Machado denied prison transfer, appeals to ECHR

The Prison Execution Court denied Machado's request to be transferred from the high-security prison in Paços de Ferreira, citing his impulsiveness and difficulty in rational management. Machado has subsequently decided to appeal the decision to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
