Serbian Authorities Campaigning for Local Elections, Opposition Negotiating

While Belgrade will not hold elections yet, one city, eight municipalities, and one city municipality in Serbia are preparing for elections soon, with authorities already in intense campaign mode and students and opposition in negotiations.
