Man Convicted of Animal Cruelty After Scaring Horses with Costume

A 37-year-old man has been convicted of animal cruelty after he danced in a horse costume in front of horses in a pasture, causing one animal to be so startled that it injured itself while fleeing. He had initially appealed the penalty order.
